GET THE LOOK: GIVENCHY COUTURE

Ricardo Tisci har designet den smukkeste couture-kollektion (Spring 2012) for Givenchy. Inspirationen bag kollektionen er filmen Metropolis fra 1927 af Fritz Lang og musik-themet fra Aelita: Queen of Mars fra 1924.

Jeg elsker de voldsomme smykker, men også kombinationen af de smukke og overdådigt dekorerede kjoler og helt almindelige tanktops. Alt, alt, alt for sejt og betagende. Det hele bliver meget stamme-agtigt, men på en utrolig elegant, dramatisk og lækker måde.

Jeg skal derfor helt sikkert også have fat i H&Ms take på smykkerne, nemlig et par smukke, smukke øreringe, der kommer til at koste den nette sum af 9,95 euro. Jeg gad virkelig godt have dem på i morgen aften, hvor vi fejrer lanceringen af Bisou. I er for øvrigt – og naturligvis inviteret. Tjek min Facebook-side for mere info.

Ricardo Tisci has designed the most beautiful couture collection (Spring 2012) for Givenchy. The inspiration behind the collection is the movie “Metropolis” from 1927 by Fritz Lang and the music-theme from Aelita: Queen of Mars from 1924.

 I love the oppulent jewelry, but also the combination of the beautiful and lavishly decorated dresses and completely ordinary tank tops. Very cool and quite breathtaking. It all gets very tribal-like, but in a very elegant, dramatic and gorgeous way.

Therefore I need to own H&M’s take on the jewelery, a pair of beautiful earrings which will retail for 9.95 euros. I would love to wear them tomorrow night when we celebrate the launch of Bisou. And you guys are of course invited. Check out my Facebook-page for more info.
