STINE GOYA AW12: SEDUCTION DE LA NATURE

Definitely one of the best shows. Perhaps even my favorite. I thought the collection – called Seduction de la Nature – was really coherent with a lot of classic Stine Goya styles but still slightly reinvented and updated. Stine Goya has always had an eye for colors and I wasn’t disappointed this season either: yellow, rust, burgundy but also grey and lots of black. The collections of course also included some prints but a lot less than previously. Surprisingly, since Stine Goya is the master of prints but also kinda refreshing. And to be honest, even though I really like her prints, I must say, they never really look that good on me. So I’m all for the many really wearable styles. The makeup created by Max Factor’s Mina Ingerslev was really gorgeous, so natural, yet elegant (get a how-to-guide right here) and I love the golden drops.
Backstage before the show I fell madly in love with the last look on the catwalk. I just wish the model who wore it backstage (picture 7), would also had been the one wearing it on the catwalk. She looked gorgeous in it. Below you can see some of my favorite pieces.
